I paid for CB Tag Clouds but my membership shows up as FREE

Solution This problem almost always resolves itself. There are a very few rare cases when it doesn't.

Sometimes it takes a while for your payment to clear. Especially if you use pay with an eCheck. You will show up as a free member until it clears.

Our payment processor will automatically upgrade your account once the payment clears.
